Boiling vs evaporation

 boiling is different to evaporation in 3 ways:

  1. Boiling happens at a fixed temperature.
  2. Evaporation can occur at all temperatures.
  3. Evaporation decreases the temperature of the remaining liquid, whereas during boiling the temperature of the liquid remains constant.
